Remote Learning

In this section, you will find information, advice and guidance on Remote Learning, to support you with learning at home during lock-down

Please remember to check in daily with your child's teacher on ClassDojo, to upload work and to let them know how you're getting along.

Teachers will upload work for the day by 9.15am each morning. We ask that all children 'like' their teacher's daily greeting message - by 10.30am at the latest - so we know that they are ready and engaged in their learning for the day.

If you have any problems or need any help with remote learning, please contact your child's teacher directly on ClassDojo and they will be happy to help.

Alternatively, if you would like to speak to someone in person, or need help or advice with anything else, please telephone school on (01900) 812582, or email office@st-pat-maryport.cumbria.sch.uk

Please see our policies and user agreements below, for Remote Learning and for use of ClassDojo

Remote Learning on the BBC

BBC educational programmes are now being broadcast daily on TV! Channels begin airing educational content for students learning at home during the pandemic from Monday 11th January, with lesson programming airing each week day.  CBBC will offer three hours of primary school programming from 9am each day, from Monday- Friday

Students of all ages will also find the Bitesize Daily shows on BBC Red Button and on demand on BBC iPlayer.

Aside from TV, students will be able to find many resources online, with the BBC Bitesize website offering structured lessons in Maths and English for all primary year groups.
