Extra Curricular Coaching and Competitions

We are involved in both Netherhall Secondary School and St Joseph's Catholic High School's calendar of events.

As a school, we work alongside the Allerdale School Sports Partnership to increase the number of sport-specific coaches we have in school.

We also utilise the Primary PE Liason officer David Wise from SJCHS to offer extra sports clubs throughout the year.

School Games Mark

The School Games Mark is a government led awards scheme launched in 2012 to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community.

Participating in this process allows schools to evaluate their PE provision and assists them in developing an action plan for future progress.

We were awarded the Silver Games Mark in 2024-25 for the 5th year in a row!
