Our Year 4 Class Saint is Saint David
St David is the Patron Saint of Wales.
His Feast Day is celebrated on 1st March.
St David's Day Celebrations with Year 4, March 2024
Year 4 celebrated St David's Day, by learning all about the life and work of St David - the Patron Saint of Wales and their special Class Saint.
The children enjoyed a fun afternoon, including some crafting activities to create welsh flags and beautiful daffodils, to mark this special day!
Year 4 - St David’s Day Celebrations, 1st March 2023
🌼🏴 Year 4 had a lovely afternoon, celebrating the feast of Saint David, their class Saint and the patron saint of Wales. They created some lovely art work - daffodils, Welsh flags and greetings cards. They also learned all about St David and enjoyed some delicious, traditional welsh cakes with honey! 🏴🌼
