Our school council represents the views of all of our pupils and has a representative from each class (Years One to Six). The School Council representatives put themselves forward for the role at the beginning of the year, and are voted in by their peers. They all take pride in being elected for this important role, displaying all the qualities needed to be a fantastic school council member.
The School Council attend regular meetings in school and some of their jobs include organising fundraising for charities and raising money for school projects. The School Council work on improving our school, sharing ideas and helping teachers to create a positive, inviting environment through pupil voices and views.
The School Council are helped in their work by one of our talented Teaching Assistants, Emma Stewardson, who does a brilliant job in organising the work of our busy School Council!
