Breakfast Bagels!
At Our Lady & St Patrick's, we know that little people need lots of fuel to get them through our busy days in school!
We provide bagels for breakfast for every child, every day, free of charge, through the National School Breakfast Programme.
The bagels are on offer in each class at the start of every day - children are encouraged to choose a bagel and enjoy it during our 'calm start' to the school day. In addition to the bagels, we provide a range of toppings and spreads (butter / cheese spread / jam) to make sure they appeal to the varying tastes of our children.
In addition, a range of fresh fruit is available for all children throughout the school day. Again, this is free of charge.
Children are encouraged to bring a water bottle to school every day and can top these up with fresh water from our drinking fountains. Our youngest children are also entitled to a carton of milk each day, if they wish to take this, free of charge.
