Homework and helping at home

Year 6 Home Learning

 

Year 6 homework aims to consolidate the learning we do in class a recap learning from previous years in order to build a solid foundation for transition to secondary school. 

 

 

 

Weekly Homework Sheets and Help

Homework

Homework is given out each Friday to be returned the following Friday. 

Homework club is available on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes in the classroom is you need help, or if you just need a quiet space. 

Booster Sessions

 

Booster sessions run on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. 

School finished at 3.30 on these days.

Strive for Five

As year sixes, we strive to read in our own time five times a week. 

Book Club is on every lunch time in the Pod or Miss Fisher will be in the classroom at break to listen to those who need a quiet space.
